House inserted in a allotman of houses from the 60s/70s, located on a cliff, close to Olhos d’Água.
The project was conceived so that the different social spaces (living room, kitchen, balcony) could enjoy the sea view.
Without any constructive increase, the change of location of a staircase and the elimination of corridors made it possible to increase the number of bedrooms as well as the living room and kitchen areas.
The raising of the backyard, “widened” its area and also allowed the construction of a swimming pool.
