The proposal seeks to restore the urban and architectural quality of the ensemble through the balanced articulation of the new building volumes with the scale and alignments of the surrounding context. The careful definition of the plot boundaries, together with the refinement of walls and transitional elements between the built structures and the exterior spaces, establishes a more coherent composition, enhancing the relationship between the buildings, the public realm and the landscaped areas.
