The use of the establishment was maintained and optimized, offering the nobility that its location demands. The project thus aims a remodeling of the pre-existence.

The facade was entirely preserved in granite stone and plaster, with the rails in painted wrought iron. The carpentry completely preserved and recovered, as well as all the existing wooden structural elements in the establishment; the existing shutters will be implemented inside HVAC equipment.

Existing structural elements were preserved whenever possible. Some beams reinforced, or replaced, as they were damaged, thus making this space more ambivalent to its function, namely in a restoration concept.
